My family and I ended up adopting a cat from here. Her name was sky since changed to Billie. She is the most beautiful kitten, she always wants attention and will follow you everywhere. That includes into the shower and bathroom with you. The customer service is incredible here. All staff were friendly and helpful. She has now got a place to sit and bath in the sun. 10/10 experience

Very helpful friendly staff Welcoming a nice outing for the dog to get there fav dog roll which lasts well without going slimey like the cheaper ones. Great prices

Bought a new puppy and needed advice quickly as well as products. Going to PetBarn at Capalaba was the best decision i made. I attended twice and the staff were amazing! Keep up the great work.

I visit this branch on a regular basis. I have 2 fishtanks and they have everything I need to satisfy me. The quality of the products and fish are good. Friendly and knowledgeable staff make the experience pleasant.

Thank you so much to the young girl (Thomson on the receipt) she noticed me struggling with my American bulldog who was pulling me around the shop and she helped me so much with getting all the goods I needed and gave me really good advice She even took my goods to the car with me! Thank you again!
